Justin Timberlake opened his new restaurant last night on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The Memphis BBQ-style eatery is called Southern Hospitality and it's menu includes foods like corn fritters, spare ribs and fried chicken. Sounds delicious! The Shake Shack is this little hamburger and food stand in the S.E. corner of Madison Square Park in New York. It's basically right inside the park near the corner of 23rd st and Madison. Ok, I'm somewhat of a food aficionado. I'm a decent cook myself. I try out a lot of different things, different cuisines. Hummus, for those of you that don't know, is a Mediterranean / Middle Eastern dish, somewhat like an appetizer / chips and dip-ish kinda food.
